Ingredients :
- 250g cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 cups of No Sugar Company Keto Krax
- Sugar-free sweetener , to taste
Instructions :
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, melted butter, vanilla extract and salt until smooth.
- Add the coconut Krax and continue mixing until well incorporated into the dough.
- Add the sugar-free sweetener to taste, adjusting the amount to achieve the desired sweetness.
- Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to harden slightly.
- Once cooled, form small balls with the dough and place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
- Place the balls in the freezer for at least 2 hours to harden further.
- Once the cheesecake balls are tightly sealed, store them in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
