Ingredients :

  • 250g cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 cups of No Sugar Company Keto Krax
  • Sugar-free sweetener , to taste

Instructions :

  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, melted butter, vanilla extract and salt until smooth.
  • Add the coconut Krax and continue mixing until well incorporated into the dough.
  • Add the sugar-free sweetener to taste, adjusting the amount to achieve the desired sweetness.
  • Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to harden slightly.
  • Once cooled, form small balls with the dough and place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  • Place the balls in the freezer for at least 2 hours to harden further.
  • Once the cheesecake balls are tightly sealed, store them in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
