A great recipe similar to a bowl of oatmeal. This makes you a delicious and healthy breakfast! đ„Ł
Ingredients :
- 1/8 cup chopped pecans
- 1/8 cup chopped almonds
- 1/8 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 C. tbsp chia seeds (available here)
- 1 C. tablespoon of hemp seeds (available here)
- 1 C. tbsp ground flaxseed (available here)
Preparation :
- To mix everything.
- You can add about a cup of unsweetened almond milk or a little 35% cream, sweetener to taste, vanilla to taste and a pat of butter! You can even add unsweetened shredded coconut !
- Microwave for 90 seconds.
