Keto “Oatmeal” – Keys Nutrition

A great recipe similar to a bowl of oatmeal. This makes you a delicious and healthy breakfast! đŸ„Ł

Ingredients :

  • 1/8 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/8 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/8 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 C. tbsp chia seeds (available here)
  • 1 C. tablespoon of hemp seeds (available here)
  • 1 C. tbsp ground flaxseed (available here)

Preparation :

  1. To mix everything.
  2. You can add about a cup of unsweetened almond milk or a little 35% cream, sweetener to taste, vanilla to taste and a pat of butter! You can even add unsweetened shredded coconut !
  3. Microwave for 90 seconds.
