Ingredients:
- 3 pounds of chicken wings
- 3 tablespoons (for drizzling) + 3 tablespoons (for mixing) Good Food For Good Butter Chicken Sauce
- 2 tablespoons arrowroot starch/flour (optional)
- Salt to taste
Preparation:
- Dry the chicken wings with paper towels.
- Add salt and arrowroot before serving. If desired, remove excess starch or omit this step.
- Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
- Place the rack with the chicken wings on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes in a 425°F oven.
- After 30 minutes, brush the chicken wings with the butter chicken sauce.
- Chicken wings can be cooked for an additional 10 to 12 minutes. Watch them to prevent them from burning.
- The remaining butter chicken sauce should be mixed with the cooked wings.
- Add chopped cilantro on top. Top with ranch dressing or butter chicken sauce. Enjoy!
