Since we deliver food, refunds and returns are impossible.

It is your responsibility to pick up your package and enter the correct address. In case you failed to emphasize to recover or would have entered the wrong address, the cost of returning to our distribution center and a new fee delivery will be requested to send you back your package.

For heavier or bulky products, overcharging for transportation may be requested even if the bill includes more than $ 50 products. • Frozen orders shipments are made each week in order of priority according to the date of your order, or MONDAY TO WEDNESDAY in EXPRESS.
