Delicious Smoked Trout Wrap! 🐟

Ingredients :

  • 3 finely grated zucchini
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 egg whites whipped using a food processor
  • 3/4 cup almond flour (available here)
  • 1/4 cup 35% cream
  • Salt pepper to taste
  • Cream cheese for spreading
  • Smoked trout or salmon


Method :

  1. Mix all the ingredients except the cream cheese and spread on parchment paper with baking sheet. Cook for 20 min at 300F.
  2. Leave to cool for 20 mins.
  3. Heat the cream cheese for easier spreading and spread over the dough.
  4. Add strips of salmon or smoked trout. You can add lettuce. Roll tightly using parchment paper and cut.
  5. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes and enjoy!
