Delicious Smoked Trout Wrap! đ
Ingredients :
- 3 finely grated zucchini
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 egg whites whipped using a food processor
- 3/4 cup almond flour (available here)
- 1/4 cup 35% cream
- Salt pepper to taste
- Cream cheese for spreading
- Smoked trout or salmon
Method :
- Mix all the ingredients except the cream cheese and spread on parchment paper with baking sheet. Cook for 20 min at 300F.
- Leave to cool for 20 mins.
- Heat the cream cheese for easier spreading and spread over the dough.
- Add strips of salmon or smoked trout. You can add lettuce. Roll tightly using parchment paper and cut.
- Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes and enjoy!
