Here’s a decadent, molten chocolate tart! 🤎🥧
Crust Ingredients:
• 1 1/4 cups almond flour (available here)
• 2 tbsp. tablespoon of pure cocoa powder (available here)
• 2 tbsp. tablespoon of Swerve powder (available here)
• 1 C. tablespoons of melted butter or melted coconut oil (available here)
• 1 beaten egg

Method :
Preheat the oven to 350F. Using a food processor, blend everything until it forms a paste. Press into the bottom of a 9" tart pan. Bake for around ten minutes or until golden brown. Leave to cool.

Ganache Ingredients:
• 12 oz sugar-free dark chocolate (available here)
• 250 ml of 35% cream
• 2 tbsp. tablespoon ( or to taste ) of sweetener of your choice (available here)
• 2 tbsp. tablespoon of butter or coconut oil (available here)

Method :
Put your chocolate in a large bowl, ( make sure it is roughly cut if it is not chocolate chips ). In a medium saucepan, bring the cream and sweetener to a boil. Add to your chocolate and whisk until a stiff ganache consistency. Add the butter, mix again and pour over your crust. Garnish with fruit of your choice.
