Ingredients :
• 2 chicken breasts
• Tenderflake (lard) or coconut oil (available here)
• Coconut flour (available here)
• Almond flour (available here)
• 1 egg
Method :
Cut your chicken breasts into pieces or strips. Make a mixture of almond flour, coconut flour and BBQ spices for the breadcrumbs. Dip the chicken pieces in the egg, then the flour mixture and cook in coconut oil or Tenderflake until golden brown (around 10 minutes). Enjoy with homemade spicy mayo! 😋
