A creamy recipe for chocolate pudding made with avocados. Coconut lovers will be served! Dairy-free and low-carb. 🥑🤎
Ingredients :
- 1 large avocado (or two small ones)
- 1/4 cup pure cocoa powder (available here)
- 2-3 tbsp. tablespoon of sweetener (available here)
- 1 C. teaspoon of vanilla
- 1 1/4 cup coconut cream (available here)
Preparation :
Mix everything together. Transfer into small bowls or verrines. Refrigerate. Add topping(s) if you like. ( unsweetened shredded coconut , berries, keto granulas etc.)
*Note: The more you refrigerate your pudding, the more it will imbue its flavors, we recommend overnight.
