A nice big casserole with the taste of good pizza! 🍕

Ingredients :
- 1/2 package of softened cream cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1/3 cup of 35% cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 1/2 tsp . teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

Ingredients for filling:
- 1 additional cup of mozzarella cheese
- additional 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- Boconcini cheese to taste
- 1/4 cup low carb pizza sauce (available here)
- Meat(s) of your choice
- Vegetable(s) of your choice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Spices to taste

Instructions :
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
In a food processor, combine cream cheese, eggs, 35% cream, parmesan, garlic powder and dried oregano. Place the mozzarella cheese at the bottom of a Pyrex dish and add the mixture from the food processor on top. Bake “the crust” until golden brown on top. Remove and add the pizza sauce, boconcini, mozzarella, your chosen toppings, salt, pepper and add the spices of your choice. Return to the oven one last time until the cheese has melted and is lightly browned on top.
