Unbun Pizza Crust (available here)
• Pesto
• 60g mozzarella cheese
• A few green olives
• Leftover lobster
• A few scallops
• Half an avocado
• Parmesan cheese
Mexican spices from the brand “Les Savoureux Assaisonnements” (available here)
• Fresh dill

Method:
Preheat the oven to 400F. Bake the Unbun crust for about fifteen minutes. Remove from the oven and add about a tablespoon of pesto. Add your lobster pieces, a few scallops, mozzarella cheese and olives. Return to the oven for ten minutes. Remove from the oven and finish by garnishing everything with dill, half a sliced ​​avocado, parmesan cheese and Mexican spices! Happy feasting. ❤️
