Here are some sweet treats with coconut and chocolate, all low in carbs. 🥥🤎

Macaroon Ingredients:
• 5 egg whites
• 150g of erythritol (available here)
• 250g unsweetened grated coconut (available here)
• 1/2 tsp. teaspoon vanilla extract

Method :
Preheat the oven to 350F. Mix all ingredients together until combined. Make small balls with your fingers and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for around twenty minutes. Let cool completely.

Chocolate Ingredients:
• 1 C. tbsp coconut oil (available here)
• 100g of sugar-free chocolate of your choice (available for all tastes right here)

Method :
Melt everything in a bain-marie. Dip the bottom of your macarons or make lines with the chocolate.

Makes a dozen macaroons.
