You take a mold of 12 large muffins or if you prefer to make 24 mini muffins, have fun!

Crumble Ingredients:
• 1 cup almond flour (available here)
• 2 tablespoons of melted butter
• 4 tablespoons of pure cocoa powder (available here)
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons of erythritol (available here)
• 1 teaspoon ground coffee
• Pinch of salt

Method :
Brown the flour for around 3 minutes in a pan (medium heat). Transfer the flour with the other dry ingredients. Add butter and vanilla. Mix and put about a tablespoon in each cavity of the mold and press the mixture into the bottom of the cups.


Cream Cheese Ingredients:
• 2 packages of softened cream cheese
• 6 tablespoons of softened butter
• 1/3 cup Erythritol (available here)
• 1/4 cup melted coconut oil (available here)
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Method :
Mix all the ingredients in a mixer and put the cheese mixture on top of the crumble. Freeze for at least 1h30. Once out for tasting, add fruit of your choice or opt for a coulis or a good keto jam ! (available here)

Can be stored frozen.
