Here is another great alternative for your pizza crusts! 🍕
ingredients :
4 cups of frozen spinach, very well drained
• 1 cup cheddar cheese
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbsp. tsp Italian spices (available here)
• 1 C. teaspoon garlic salt
• Pepper and salt to taste

Method :
Preheat the oven to 400F. Mix everything and spread on a rectangular baking sheet or ( 2 10" pizzas ) with parchment paper. Bake for about ten minutes. Garnish to taste and leave for another fifteen minutes.

Makes one rectangular pizza crust OR 2 10" round pizza crusts (10 slices each)
