Ingredients :
• 3 tbsp. tbsp cocoa powder (available here)
• 2 tbsp. sweetener of your choice (available here)
1/4 tsp. tsp baking powder
• 1 pinch of salt
• 2 tbsp. 35% cream
• 1 large egg
• 1 C. tablespoon of melted butter
• 1 C. teaspoon of vanilla
• Piece of dark chocolate or a few sugar-free chocolate chips (available here)
Method :
Mix the ingredients in a large cup. insert the piece of chocolate or chocolate chips into the center. Microwave 90 sec.
