Good keto donuts glazed with cream sugar, mmm! 🍩

Donut Ingredients:
• 1 cup of almond flour (available here)
• 1/2 cup erythritol (available here)
• 1 C. tablespoon of psyllium powder (available here)
• 1 C. tablespoon of baking powder
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbsp. tablespoon of softened butter
• 1/4 cup sugar-free almond milk
• 1 C. teaspoon vanilla extract

Method :
Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease a mold of 6 donuts. In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients and set aside. In a food processor, cream butter, vanilla and erythritol. Add the eggs, mixing again until smooth. Alternately, add the bowl of dry ingredients and the sugar-free almond milk. Add the mixture to 3/4 of your donut cavities and cook for about 20 minutes. Let cool.

Icing Ingredients:
• 1/3 cup butter
• 3 tbsp. tbsp. Swerve brown sugar (available here)
• 1 C. teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2/3 cup of 35% cream
.
Method :
In a saucepan, heat the butter and Swerve brown sugar for about 2 to 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, cook until mixture thickens slightly, about 10 more minutes. Let cool a little before icing your donuts. ( The icing hardens as it cools )

Makes 6 donuts.
