Ingredients :
- 350g mozzarella cheese
- 55g cream cheese
- 170g almond flour (available here)
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
Method :
Preheat the oven to 350F. Microwave the cream cheese and mozzarella cheese for 2 minutes. Mix well and add the other ingredients, mixing until combined. Then cut the dough into 8. Take each piece and make cylinders, joining each end. For finishing add chia or sesame seeds. Cook for between 20 and 30 minutes.
Makes 8 bagels.
