- 1 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar Swerve (available here)
- 1/2 cup tangy BBQ sauce (available here)
- 1 teaspoon of garlic
- 1 tsp smoked paprika or smoked spices tea (available here)
Method :
Melt everything together. Dip the wings. Lightly oil, place in the oven at 400F and place the wings on parchment paper for about 50 minutes. Flip after 20 minutes or halfway through cooking. Save some sauce to accompany. đ
